We accept no quibble returns within 30 days of delivery date
We will accept all returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the product remains unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Carriers have strict rules regarding the transportation of magnets, so you must ensure that they magents are properly package such that there is no attractive force outside of the package.
Please allow 3-5 working days following receipt of your return for refunds to be issued. The money can then take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on your original payment method.
